Collection and Use of Patient Information
- Information Collection: Through our website, we collect patient information and may make outgoing calls to patients to collect additional information. The lead is then connected with a trained health advisor.
- Doctor's Expertise: We have both allopathic and Ayurvedic doctors on our payroll. Depending on the patient's condition, our doctors will decide whether the patient needs herbal supplements, allopathic medicine, or a combination of both. By agreeing to become our patient, you clearly understand and consent that we may prescribe both herbal supplements and/or steroids as part of your treatment. Said allopathy medicines include but may not be llimited to Tab. Vitistop (Prednisolone), Tab MTX (methotrexate).
- If you discontinue our treatment mid way or without inforimng us and then get a disease flare up, we will not be held liable.Â
- Follow-Up Calls: We aim to call patients once every 2-3 weeks. However, we may be unable to reach you due to spam protection or Do Not Disturb (DND) settings on your phone. In such cases, we will not be held liable for missed follow-up calls.
Treatment and Medical Advice
- Treatment Plan: By becoming our patient, you agree that the clinic has explained the side effects of any medicines suggested or prescribed to you.
- Condition Understanding: You acknowledge that vitiligo is an incurable, lifelong disease that is only manageable. You understand this and will not hold us liable if you do not see results.
- Treatment Duration: Kayakalp Global recommends continuing treatment for more than one year for the best results.
Limitation of Liability
Kayakalp Global will not be liable for any damages that arise out of or relate to the use of or inability to use our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Indemnification
